This was amazing luck. I was flying from Taipei to Tokyo on Eva Airlines and happened to be on the Hello Kitty plane. Everything, including the food, was a reflection of Hello Kitty. This is one of my favorite cities for food. The Taiwanese have a wonderful array of food from stinky tofu to stir fried chicken gizzards. I could spend a week just plumping myself up on all of the great food and hanging out in this cool city.
