Buenos Aires
This is not only the capital but one of the most energetic cities in Argentina. The interesting neighborhoods and eclectic style combines with old world European charm in an explosion of colors, taste and life. We really enjoyed Buenos Aires, whether it was a small cafe for lunch, watching an impromptu tango happen on the street, or diving into huge amounts of meat and empanadas.
Tigre
A short train ride from Buenos Aires leads you up to Tigre, a riverfront city with a laid back style and life. Everything in Tigre revolves around the river as it snakes through the town bringing both life and entertainment. Life is more laid back than the bustle of the larger cities, if you are looking for an escape for a day, it’s just a short train ride away.
